need expert in ncstudio v10 5axis atc

dear sir any one have experience with nc studio v10 my machine is 5 axis remax 6090 company not help me to sett some parametre
if somebody can help to fix problems i will pay for him for his time thank you
problem i have clamp tool unclamp tool didn't work need port setting
and ATC didnt work to so when i send g code no tool change
and probing not working to
