"00029 LOADING PLC ERROR" KVARA 200 ESA F:LNKSLOW\CMD Cannot open

Hello, I have a serious problem. I have a Mascus machine with KVARA 200

I am attaching some photos to the attachment.

The main problem is that it gives an error "00029 LOADING PLC ERROR" (picture attached)

I have acces password 851414 to "Menu PLC" but when i try to restore the settings i get an error that the password is not correct. (picture attached)

I uploaded a copy of the program from two years ago as everything was ok but unfortunately the error still appears.

I replaced the 3.6V battery and the CPU battery. It didn't help either.
