Hello, I recently obtained a large industrial style cnc router. There are a couple issues that I have at the moment and could use some help with.

First off I'm not able to find a owners manual online for the machine.
There is a tag on the side of the machine which don't show much information.

Spoke with a few electricians and there hesitant when it comes to hooking it up without a manual.

Here is a photo of the spindle as well which the little bit that I do know it is 3 phase.
Which leads to another question. I'm in a residential zone and the shop is detached from the home.
Currently the power runs under ground to the shop. I do have the electric company coming out so I can get a new meter added to the shop separate from the home.
But what type of converter would I need for this application? I've looked around and seen there are rotary style and vfd styles.

Will code frown on having a phase converter in Indiana?

Here are a few more photos to show of the electronics.

When looking online it seems like alot of these imported cnc machines use the same electronics.
But wouldn't want to risk winging it when it comes to connecting power to this.

I appreciate the help in anyway and if there is any additional information that I need to provide that isn't a issue at all.
