Very few electricians could solve this problem
E.O.C. A is over current when ramping up to speed
E.C.O. n is over current at constant speed
Your spindle may have damaged that is causing this, check the wiring to the spindle, check the bearings in the spindle do they turn free, have the spindle mega tested at a motor repair shop to test the insulation
Has it over heated or stalled while cutting, is this air cooled or water cooled
