SCM accord 20 - Automatic Lubrication
Hello,
I recently started learning to use an SCM Accord 20 CNC.
Something I don't fully understand is how to perform automatic lubrication?
From an SCM40 manual I understand that each 8h of work, the machine will ask to be lubricated.
I've been manually using MDI mode, and inserting M198 command, because the machine gives error: PLC42: Lubrication Axes Not OK.
1. Should there be some file or place where I can configure those 8 hours?
2. Should there be a way to set the machine for auto lubricate whenever those 8 hours reach, or whenever needed ?
Regards.

Re: SCM accord 20 - Automatic Lubrication
Hi,
have you check the lubrification system to see if there isn't any clog? I had it happen to me and then that error appeared. Also check if the air connection is ok the best way is to find the electro valve and manually trigger it.
If you talk to your SCM representative they should be able to give a MDI Code to configure the lubrification timeline and also triggered it manually.
Yours Truly,
Cid Rodrigues
