MasterWood CNC Router No File Access Possible Error.

We recently got a Masterwood Project 360 CNC Router. We have a problem after loading a program in Master AT software, and start program, then it stops and says ERROR 20346 NO FILE ACCESS POSSIBLE.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

The machine has Beckhoff CNC, probably a sub program (cycle) called from the main program created by MasterAT is missing. In the errore message You can find which is the cycle missing
