Masterwood 365 customisation

can anyone who uses a Masterwood 365 give a little insight as to the ability to to access the machine parameters and settings. basically i find almost every area of the machine password locked - and within the manual it states 'for technicians only'.
is this the same for all masterwood users? or have you been granted access to the entire machine itself?
