AXYZ 4008 ATC

I just started working with a AXYZ 4008 ATC machine. It has been at the company for a number of years. The most common issue that I have run across is while a program is running it will attempt to do a tool change where a tool change is not called for. The error pops up on the smart console. Any help on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Hey mate

do a function 1 on the machine and tell us what a2mc operating os it is running. Sometimes what happens if something metal goes onto the tool change sensor on the gantry it will try and do a tool change and error out. Get a phot of the error on the smart console and I might be able to help you. I was a multicam/axyz technician here in australia.
