Bosch CC120M Error HELP!
Hey guys,
I have a RYE MG3000 cnc bed paired with a very old Bosch cc120m controller. I have recently moved the entire unit to a new facility and although there where some issues the machine has been working fine in its new home.
Just recently I have encountered the error "Interruption, Abort With Clear Block" when booting the controller and running a home calibration sequence. After this error comes up the controller locked itself down and does not do anything until it is rebooted. However this happens every time it is booted, making the machine inoperable......
Is anyone here familiar with this controller to the point where they can point me in the right direction for problem solving this issue?
I have read the original installation manuals and service manual for the controller and there is only a minor note as to the error but with no fix for it....
I have attached a photo of the error.
I am located in New Zealand so getting local support for this has not worked out well...
