Default Colchester Tornado A90 alarm 1012 Turret not moved

    Hello,
i have some trouble with an Colchester Tornado A90 (2001) with Fanuc 21i-T.
I get a alarm 1012 Turret not moved / Wrong tool if i indexing the turret from the Programm, but the Turret moves and locks.
I have bought this machine with drained servo battery, i have replaced the battary and referenced X and Z. Must the turret motor also be referenced? The Turret has only a Fanuc Servo and a "lock" sensor. No Encoder except the one on the servo.

Can someone help me with that problem?

    Thanks
    Torsten

Look at parameter 1815. If the APC bit for that axis is set to 1 but the APZ is at 0, then it needs to be referenced.

Press spindle + , Spindle- and handle B in MPG mode at the same time. On the turret rear there are two lines using MPG rotate till these line up then press jog mode to reseat turret
