Colchester Bar feeder MBF 1000T problems

Hi All
Can someone please help?
I have a colchester Tornado T8MSY lathe
All of a sudden the barfeeder has decided not to play it comes up with the error Bar not clear of V tray
even after the barfeeder has pushed the new bar in the pusher refuses to come down and push the new bar in.
Even if i go to the barfeeder screen and try to lower them down manually they do not go down and keep coming back with the message bar not clear of v block
Any ideas please

Hiya
When you turn your machine on the barfeed is not referencing correctly hence it is not reading that it has cleared the channel cleared.
If you look in the mbf manual there is a procedure to reset the Home position.
