Colchester CNC 350 w/ FANUC 0T - Lost parameters!

Hi
We have here a quite old (from about 1993) Colchester CNC 350 with FANUC 0T & DUPLOMATIC 12 turret, that has lost its parameters due to low batteries (yes I know... owner should have change them long time ago, but didn't do so). I have the machine manual but... it doesn't have the parameter sheets inside it! So, I need to find someone that might have a 350 and he's willing to send me the parameters of it, to work them out as a starting point at least.
Anyone that can help me?
