The short answer is: NO
The system you link to would not work well supplying 24V to the drives. You always want to supply the drives as close to the maximum rated voltage as possible.

I'm new here, and i would like to ask something which i don't understand . So i plan to build one machine and use 4Axis NEMA 34 stepper motors which coming from the seller with 1200W 60VAC ring transformer for all four, Question is: can I supply individually each steeper with 200VA control transformer PRIMARY 230VAC (0.86A) SECONDARY 24VAC (8.33A)
