Any members here have this AXYZ - Smouse Surface Tooltip Sensor?

I am in the process of completing my retrofit of AXYZ Millenium CNC. Thank you to some of the members here that had helped.
I have this AXYZ - Smouse Surface Tooltip Sensor and would like to wired this up to ESS Smoothstepper with C11G, but not sure about power/ground or data wires on this device.
Any one have the same unit or have experience with this. Thanks
