Tried to use the live chat a couples times in the last few weeks, no response there. Contacted dmm directly to have my questions asnwered, got immediate response. Then I placed an order from cnc4pc for a 1.8kw servo kit a week ago. Still no shipping confirmation, been sending emails since Monday morning, called a few times, left a message, tried live chat again. No response to anything

Yes she did And i appreciate it very much. Thank you for taking care of that and having my order sent directly from dmm. Waiting for the order is not a huge deal, its just nice to get a response to emails to know what is going on. Also if I have questions about products, what is the best way to go about that? Is the live chat not being used anymore?
