After playing with my first router over a year now it is time to start the second build.
Before start to the build log, I will share some information/media about 1st Router.
First Machine; - Nema 23 step motors (started with 2.2nm later upgraded to 4nm)
- Leadshine AM882 drivers +68v PSU
-1610 ballscrews on X and Y , 1605 on Z
-15mm lineer rails on all axis
- Pokeys cnc controller
- Aprox. 60cmx45cm cutting area
- Kress 1Kw router
-Hiwin 20mm lineer rails on x and y axis, 15mm rails on z axis
-Hiwin 2010 ballscrew on x and y axis, 1605 on z axis (double ballscrew for x axis)
-Leadshine Nema34 8nm step motors
-Leadshine em805 digital step drivers
-72v psu (3x24v in series)
-2.2KW watercooled spindle with Huanyang VFD
-Pokeys Cnc Control Board
Base of the of the frame is done. Top profile table is cut at cnc machine to ensure perfect alignment and 90 degree angles.
Underneath the table is below. Each profile part is cut at cnc and mounted together on top of a cnc table.
Then I put this table on top of the bottom frame/legs.
I can share the fusion design if you are interested. It is a rough design tough, I need to do little bit of work before sharing

I filled the bridge profile with silicone/liquid rubber to prevent some of the vibrations. I am not sure this will work as expected, but I took the risk. Silicone weight is about 2.5 - 3 kg.
Bridge profile is mounted to X axis. Everything seems to be fine so far.
I changed the small carrier profiles under the bridge profile with solid machined aluminium. Small profiles had some defect on them.
Since I am aligning the whole system according to those small profiles, they need to have perfect 90 angles.
