My first router/mill
Hello!
I am building my first cnc-router/mill. Started this project one year ago…I will use it for rapid prototyping. All I have left is to build the frame (have bought all other parts). I will really value your thoughts and opinions before I start to build the frame (see attachments). The frame will be made of steel. I have started to make a “dummy”-frame in wood for testing.

You are using quality parts, the design looks fairley typical but well thought out, should make for a very nice piece of equipment.
I have started to make a “dummy”-frame in wood for testing.
I like this idea, gives you a chance to make changes to the final fabrication as improvements are discovered in the dummy build up. Not many seem to do this but I think it is a smart move.

I wasn’t 100 percent satisfied with my first design so I started from the beginning again! Do you like the new design? Does it have any disadvantages? From the beginning I had imagine to have the fourth axis on the table but now it is on the Z-axis. Please feel free to comment.

Hi friends I am writing in Turkey. I bought an old cnc router. It has a fwmc-u200 control unit. I couldn't find the program anywhere. I'm in trouble. My computer is not working because it is not a program. I can find this program. Jakob can you help
