    Default Jewelry milling bits

Can someone please point me to a place to buy jewelry milling bits online? European or Asian dealers, because it is quite difficult to buy from Bits&Bits (USA)
I'm looking for a 10 degree ball ended, tapered spiral bit, 0.1mm on tip.
    Thank You!

    Hi,
I use small carbide tools for making circuit boards, although not of the description that you want. They tend to be two flute endmills down to 0.2mm, and drills to 0.3mm plus the usual
selection of larger endmills, 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1.5mm and various engraving bits. These tools are made by Koycera Tycom, so a good brand. I get them from:

    https://www.ebay.com/str/carbideplus....m47492.l74602

I been using this company for nine years. I now arrange my own shipping out of the US for cost and convenience as the US international shipping became near impossible once COVID hit. I would expect to
pay about $4.00USD for say a 0.5mm endmill, or maybe $20USD for five 0.8mm drills for example. The best (special) deal I got was $2.65USD for 0.5mm endmills, I bought 30. Another time they were selling
Destiny Tools Raptor (really good high end tools) endmills for $10USD each. I leaned on the company and got ten at the same rate....they are normally $25USD each.

They are very easy to make if someone near you has a D-Bit grinder.

That is why I said to find someone with a D-Bit Grinder this is your best choice, and they can make it for you, this is what most would use, for that type of work you are doing.

This company will also make whatever you want.

They have many types of D-Bits (Engraving Cutters) and can custom make to whatever you want, go through there catalog if it is not there, they can make it to your specs.

    More from Harvey Tool

    Hi,
I have used Harvey Tools before, they have such a vast range, its incredible. I've bought PCD tools and thread mills from them. Not cheap....but always top notch tools.
The big problem was with the shipping service that Harvey used to get them to New Zealand, it made already expensive tools (individually) to just over the top, something like $125USD
for a few tools that would fit in an envelope not counting the cost of the tools.

I have a better freight service so now I have Harvey tools post to my shipping agent in Portland Oregon....and that saves that cost at least. Still use quite a few of their thread mills.
I'm sure you can hear me scream when I break one....after all I'm only 14000 kms away and I scream pretty loud!

Thank you all ! Finally I managed to find a manufacturer in China. Hopefully the issue will be resolved.
