Tried looking up that item (7240).... I don't think you have stated the full part number

This may be why you had zero interest...
.... suggest you put a picture of the box showing the part number... ( a pic is worth 1000 words ).
if it is what I think it is.... it would interest swiss lathes or anyone making smaller holes.
