What depth of cut are you running at? Trespa is hard, and I've never cut it that fast, and not very often.
Maybe an Onsrud 68-200 series? I have one, but have never used it.
can anyone recommend a cutter we have been using pcb turbo 4flute 16mm cutter 20mm shaft diamond tips router bits, but they keep breaking off.We are running
them at 20000rpm and 18mpm.thanks

I think the PCD as configured may shatter at high speeds... you'd have to check if your parameters put you within the recommended max SFM for the tool.
Check out Onsrud 67-225 which is PCD with a progressive chipbreaker geometry, 3 flute.
We have een running at 18000rpm and 13mpermin 3 passes with strict cutters now touch wood they are working will find out in coming b week 200 sheets of trespa and arpa to cut
where you able to find a bit that lasted long and cut well for trespa?
