Exclamation STAR SV-12 alarm 1131 1131 BACK M-FIN SIGNAL ALARM

    Hi all,

Need help of why the part separator B was not moved to advance?

Alarm 1131 1131 BACK M-FIN SIGNAL ALARM came out.

Also when I tried to use the manual's part ejection process program, alarm 090 Reference return incomplete.

Back M-FIN signal appears to be the return switch not being actuated.
When an M code is active it needs a finish signal, in the case of an external device, it could be a switch. If not seen within a set time of 10 seconds for example, there will be an alarm. Until the signal is seen and the error reset, one or more axis may be disabled, hence your second error. Check parts separator switches. In your case the separator didn't move forward to make the switch, could be a relay or valve fault, it may be the axis isn't referenced inhibiting the part ejection forward function.
