Hello, my frinds .

I work with a Swiss cnc lathe Star SR 20 JII B fanuc series 32i model B

ALARM SV0401

Help please !!!

Unknown SV0401 alarm around.

CNC control key does not turn on.
Head 1 locked.

Head 2 moves.

Machine stopped and Technician does not know this alarm.
I need help if someone knows this alarm and how to proceed.
