Default pls, is it possible to create a timeline for Citizen L12 with Mitsubishi cnc ?

Hello guys when i prepare setups that will last for a while, i check their stability in order to increase productivity

    please check attached images :
... 01 , 02 , 03 are xls graphs made with data from an Okuma controler
... 04 & 05 are photos from the screen of a Mitsubishi cnc, Citizen L12

on the Okuma controller i can create a log-file with current time; those Okuma graphs show the time for 10 cycles ( or 10 parts )
... 01 is about a stable cycle : a plastic part, inserts lasting a few days, etc
... 02 is about a short cycle, but with signifiant preparatory time
... 03 is about a setup that was active along a few months ( shiet happened, especially at the end )

lowest values show how 'stable' the setup is
highest values show how 'unstable' the setup is

more precise, idea is not to increase productivity, but rentability, since such charts can show, for example, if a new set of cutting specs that goes faster, comes also with increased downtime

i would like to automatically gather data from the Citizen, so to create such charts; problem is that images 04 and 05 are across a short period if time ( like 14 days ), and their values are too spread

is it possible to record the current time when the cycle completes ? kindly

pls check also attached image : green only shows that the cnc is moving; it may be fast, it may be slow, it may be running a warm-up program all day long

same, the blue zones from the images from the Citizen screen are not saying too much ...

is all about active cnc state monitoring, with a frequency high enough to spot ' particular cases '

there are situations when an interruption appears, and the operator may fix it without reporting it; maybe that situation could be prevented
