Thinking about moving

Planning on moving to the Philadelphia area.
Just curious what is the average wage for someone with 12 years experience.
Knows Partmaker,mastercam win-cnc as well as hand written code. Can program,set-up and run. Citizen,Star and Tsugami. Also served a 10,000 hour apprenticeship

Somewhere between about $13 and $35 or more depending on where you are planning on moving to. Look at the cost of living at wherever you are planning on moving to. Texas or Kansas is pretty reasonable, San Francisco area is crazy so keep that in mind.
