Default Please help me calculate stepper motors.

I have a CNCRouterparts PRO 4"x8" from 2014. It has been unused for a few years, and when I wanted to start using it again my PC was broken so I do not have the original MACH3 settings.

I then upgraded to UCCNC software and AXBB-E motion controller. I've got it all running but I can’t figure out how to calculate my stepper motors. And right now my brain is burning from messing with it all day.

I found this calculation from cncrouter parts https://www.avidcnc.com/pro-rack-and...-34-p-226.html I hope it is the same specifications on the 2014 model. and I have a DQ860MA drive which is currently set to 1600 micro steps. But I do not mind if it is changed.
in fact I would greatly appreciate if you have any suggestions for the best settings!

Could someone please help me figure out what to write in UCCNC to get it up and running?

Also I am from Denmark so I do everything in mm not in inches.

Can you pull the hard drive from the old PC and install it in another PC or external HD case so you can access the mach3 directory? If so all the settings you used would be available to you.

The attached file (mach3 profile) will get you started. The site does not allow xml files, so I have renamed it to TXT.

Wish I could help. I also have a CNC router parts set up but use Mach4. Have you thought of calling up Avid/ CNC Router Parts and asking them?

What specifically is needed? Steps per unit? Velocity/acceleration?
