Then get a ribbon cable to connect the ESS to the breakout board. https://www.amazon.com/Uxcell-Ribbon.../dp/B01BI00AUA
Hey Guys,
I just placed my order for my 2'x4' Standard Machine, and am building/ordering my parts list while my order ships.
I understand "most" of what I need and how to wire it, but there's a part i'm still confused by. Here's my parts list so far:
4 x Gecko G201X Drivers
4 x Nema 34 640OZ 5.5Amp Motors
MeanWell 48V 50amp Power Supply
Warp9 Ethernet SmoothStepper
Where I'm confused is, what connection/BOB do I need to use to connect the four G201X drivers to the Warp9 ESS? I thought I heard someone say somthing about a DB25 Board/Connection, but that was more so when I was considering the G540...
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Scero, you still need some sort of breakout board for all your limits and steppers.
SO you could use some inexpensive boards with the ESS or for a bit more but super easy and cofigurable PMDX-126 and PMDX-134, I have both boards in my machine.
MB3 from CNC Room is an awesome board for the ESS.
