You are homing the machine after moving the prox sensors?
Reach out to AVIDCNC for help, they helped me a bunch setting up my first machine.
I have a cncrp machine nema 23 electronics with proxy sensors. My problem is I cannot square the machine. I think I have followed the instructions by using the squaring the gantry drill pattern but my problem is when I adjust the proxy switches I see no changes in my measurements. I have tried everything I know what to do can anyone help?

yes I am. Also on all of the proxy switches I can put a metal object and set them off. In the diagnostics page of mach 3 I get a signal for home and limit except for the y slave which I get just a home signal. I don't know if this is normal are not?
Most likely, yes. It only shows what you have them configured for. A slave home switch would not normally be configured as a limit. In the diagnostics page of mach 3 I get a signal for home and limit except for the y slave which I get just a home signal. I don't know if this is normal are not?

I had a similar issue and it turned out that the y and slave motors were mixed up. If the sensor reads slave as Y it will tell the computer that the sequence is complete. Are both axis reaching the sensor and then backing off when you home? Slave should go first before Y
