Z-Axis is moving very fast towards the touch plate
Hi All,
I have a problem with the touch plate. Yesterday all was working fine. Today when I click on the Auto tool zero button, The Z axis is like falling onto the touch plate (Moving very fast) and it is not moving slowly like it should be? It moves fast but when it touch the touch plate it bounce up again and the reset button goes active!!
Nth have changed from yesterday to today. I reconfigured the touch plate and re-edited the button script but with no luck.
I am using CNCRP 48x48 with the following setup:
1- Homing sensors from CNCRP
2- Plug and Play Control box from CNRP NEMA 23
3- Spindle and VFD from a Chinese supplier
What could be the problem?
