Did anyone spot my rookie Inelec wiring mistake ? I’ll give you a hint ...
Sensor wiring !

I'm using it for :
A - state machine for delay start & shut down of the servos based on e-stop , panel switches, charge pump
B - send me email alerts if there are errors with servos, limits
B is just a bonus from having ethernet on the PLC

Please tell!
Each sensor (prox switch) needs 24VDC and 0VDC but if you feed in the 24/0 as I have.. My set of 6 terminal blocks is short of space
Here’s the power wiring pretty much done. Just have to bridge in the 3 phase split between VFD and this panel after the MCB on the top right, add wiring for fans and control switches.
Tested a servo and drive unit.. success

Good work.....keep it up
Wired up the X Axis servo, PLC sand control stations .. it works in UCNC
Next job is to make up the case, drill holes and mount the electronics in the enclosure !!

You making good progress....i am sure your machine will be completed long before mine
Latest update is not good
It’s just about 4 weeks since the hardware was shipped, and 11 weeks since it was ordered. Ordered and money was wired on 19 June.
As far as I can tell my CNC RP hardware hasn’t left the USA yet and is sitting in a warehouse in Oakland or LA.
Of course now it’s not their fault at all.
So advice to anyone overseas .. it’s not only the Chinese who can manufacture a shipping and logistics horror story.

Wow that suxs is it waiting for a ship?
Missed the first ship.. second ship left LA 2 days ago and no updates from CNCRP or UPS..
So who knows.
I’ll be in the USA in a couple of months .. if it’s not sorted by then.. I’ll pay the owner of CNCRP a visit myself.

Hopefully they will sort it soon
If CNCRP shipped it 4 weeks ago, how is it their fault?
I realize that it sucks, but they really have no control over it once it leaves their building.

I didn’t say it was .. read my post ..
I actually sent them a message and asked them not to recommend the sea freight to their future customers as it does their business no credit

Sorry, I misunderstood what you were saying...
Funny how I can buy a $2 item from China and get it in 4 days, but anything from anywhere else in the world seems to take a month or more.

I read it again. Maybe could be taken out of context. I do a lot of supply chain and logistics work.. sometimes Murphy’s law is a pain in the ass.
I’m used to seeing stuff ups and having to just walk away from it.
I paid $1300 to ship the kit.. not getting much value for money yet

It will be worth it when you got it
Sigh international shipping is a crap shoot
I have looked at their products....they look really good to me
Some more progress photos
Wired up the control switches ..
My supply voltage is 250VAC so throwing a reactor in for the Servo drives ..
