So what do I need to do to get my dust collector working I tried plugging it in to relay 1 and 2 no luck I have looked in all the documentation and no luck. Help please

Did you look in Mach3 ,config/ports & pins, to make sure the relays are enabled? You will also need a post processor with code for dust collection to turn the dc on when routing.
