Default Cutting hdpe for dust boot

Which bit in the CRP assortment package is best suited to cut hdpe for the dust boot? I'm using the CNC Router Parts file from their site for the two piece dust boot. Also, any suggested router speed and feed rates?
    Thanks!!

I would test on some scrap pieces. Too slow cut speed or too high spindle RPM will create excessive hear and melting problems. The bit choice is important with plastics and foams. For HPDE use an O flute, single flute, or other such high helix upcut bit made for plastics. More passes will allow you to cut faster at higher RPMs and generally give you a better edge finish. Specific speed and feeds depends on your tables capabilities and what bit.

Second to coherent's comments. Although HPDE and delrin are a little more forgiving than polycarbonate or acrylic. I messed up a few sheets of acrylic trying to figure this out (got expensive quick). The "O" flute cutters are the way to go.

HDPE can be very stringy, too. Tends to wrap around the cutter like a bird's nest. A chipbreaker bit can help sever the fibers and prevent wrapping. Also works well with long grain woods such as walnut.
