Touch-Off troubles

My touch off works once every 20 times or more. Does anyone else have trouble with their touch off plates

Without more info I'd check for a short, bad or loose connection or noise/interference.

Mine is spotty, also. It almost never sets the first try, but almost always does the second. Lately even setting the Z zero manually does the same thing. PNP NEMA 34, Mach3, CRP touchplate.
