Default Nema23 Plug and play wiring diagram for 12v outputs?

Installing a water cooled spindle. I want to power my 12v water pump and pc fan with my cncrp P&P controller box. Are there any open 12v output connections?
    Photo or diagram please??

While there is a 12V power supply in the system, it is only a 2A supply, and some of this current is required for sensors and the optical isolators on the IO boards in the controller. I'm not sure how much current your pump requires, but I would suggest a separate supply for this.

I wanted to install the same setup however I changed my mind due to the specs Ahren posted. I went with a 120v pond pump and a 120v pc type fan on my radiator. Works great! Bought all from Amazon.

Well GigaWatt, I've following you this far, might as well keep it up. I got a submersible pond pump 120v and a flow indicator with temp display (with standalone 12v power supply) I got the spindle/vfd and cncrouterparts mount yesterday. The only weak link is the Belden 18/4 shielded cable. I see everyone using 16awg but (I may be wrong) it looks like the 2.2kw has 18awg inside the housing. I guess if it heats up, I'll upgrade.

motor at full load will draw approximately 9A so in a 20' cable you will have 4watts loss vs 2.5watt loss in a 16ga cable. no big deal

There is also the option of using the VFD outputs to turn the pump on/off.

Hmmm, I may be returning the 12v power supply from Amazon. How is that done?

You still need a power supply however.
If a Huanyang VFD, it normally has two open collector transistors that can pick up a small relay, or the 3rd output is N.O./N.C. relay contacts.
These are operated using the parameters PD050/051/052.
You can pick a condition such as either when in run or At Zero speed etc to turn the output on/off.

The CRP electronics has 2 - 120v relay outlets that can be controlled with Mach3. I control my pump & radiator fan with one and dust collector with the 2nd.

Oh I forgot about that! Yes, I already have my router plugged into one and a button on my pendant for on/off so I'll just unplug the router and connect a power strip for the 12v power supply, water pump, gantry light..... that'll work great!
CNCRP P&P controller is definitely worth the $$$

You'll like the WC Spindle, so much less noise.
