Hello everyone, I have a DMG DMU 60P 1999 year (Millplus V400)

I have a problem with B-axis rotation, please help me find the answer!

Error X31 "Endpoint beyond SW limit switch"

Perhaps I did not write the code correctly, or the problem is something else. If you know how to write code to rotate the B-axis correctly, I will be very glad to see it. maybe
the problem is inside the machine, I will be glad for any help!

Hey steryd!

In general, in my offer to buy the machine is considered a 5-axis simultaneous machining center
equipped with ITC & chip conveyor. But for some reason I cannot turn the spindle using the code
in a position between horizontal and vertical.

The code I tried to rotate the spindle looks like this:
N1 M55
N2 G7 B5=30 L1=2 (So it is written in the manual for my machine)
But after writing this code, I get an X31 error.

I can turn the spindle to horizontal/vertical position using M53/M54 commands.

Also in diagnostic mode, I can rotate the spindle to a position between vertical and horizontal,
and clamp the spindle in these positions.

Perhaps I am mistaken in the code, or maybe my machine does not really have such a function.

If you have any advice, I'd be happy to read it.
