Miyano BNC-34S with Fanuc 0-t control missing Parameters

Do you have NC and PMC parameters for Miyano BNC-34S with Fanuc 0-T? We had accidentally reset the parameters and the displayed axis on the monitor becomes only two when it originally had 3 axis(X,Z,B). We dont have access to Fanuc MTB or PC software connectors.
