Laguna Smartshop Maker - RichAuto B57 controller help

I'm having issues when accessing internal files on the controller. The controller just hangs up when I try to access 'Files'.
I've also, so far been unable to access the files via USB/PC connection. Anyone have insight?

If the internal storage is nearly full, it might cause slow performance or freezing when accessing files

I suspect this may be the case and why I was hoping to access the files via PC, but I have never successfully been able to do this. As a second option, there is the "Inner Format" option.
