Lightbulb Getting a VAC Reception error after switching computers

Please help. We have an SCM Routech CNC machine which is giving an error code:

    Except [24, 71] - NCI(10-0) VAC-Reception error (com_Rx)

The computer connected to the CNC Machine died. So we took the hard drive out and put it into a new computer. Calibration, Manual, and MDI mode work fine. We can move the machine freely like normal. But when we try to load a program in Panelmac (the software that loads/runs the programs), we get the above error code.

I've tried searching every part of the error code with no luck.

Does anyone have any advice? Does anyone know what does "VAC Reception" mean or what the error is trying to say?

I have the same error, I work for a year and yesterday it showed that error.
Did you manage to solve it?
I reinstalled all the software on another new computer and it got the same error.
According to the serial port com diagram (r232), the Rx is the data reception cable.
