Masterwood 5 axis test program

Hi,
i have already write a post processor for 3 axis machining AlphaCam - Masterwood, now I have trouble doing it 5 axis, I don`t know what to "write" to activate A and C axis. Does anyone have a working .prg file or something similar that I can take a look how it`s written?
