Hello fellows.

I am working on a Shoda NC machine with Fanuc 15m and twin table and 6 spindles. In order to generate NC code from Fusion360 i had to edit generic Fanuc PP that comes with Fusion. Things are working great if the job is being done on first table but when i generate the code for second table i have some strange behaviour.

Table 1 = X axis
Table 2 = U axis

I can generate nc code acordingly to drive X or U axis. If i command the machine with straight lines, its working ok. But when im doing an arc with I and J parameters on the table 2 i get moves on table 1 instead.

Manual of the machine describes 3 modes to run both tables.

1. Individual table drive should be code M81
2. Slave mode should drive table2 with the commands for table1 with M82
3. Syncronise mode should drive both tables as one with M83

When i try to run those M codes i get completly different result. For instance M81 activates every second spindle. M82 starts the motors of a every second spindle.

I assume someone in the past have messed up some macros or something?

I would be grateful for any idea or advice.

Tnx.
