MORBIDELLI U26 TRIA 6000 CALIBRATION (TARATURA) PROBLEM X,Y,Z NOT FIX.

When I want to do calibration, the machine comes to the first section. then it should adjust to the 0 point but it doesn't. it stands still. how can i fix this please help
