CNC Error

Hi there,

We have a Biesse Rover A 3.40 FT and have an error message coming up.

Error message- PLC9046 ( Slot tool- present sensor lacking (1 in 52).
We have started the machine as usual and carried out calibration then loaded a program but the machine fails to pick up the tool.

Hello

There are three sensors in main head you must remove the cover, and you should be able to clean the sensors, probably is a lot of metal dirt on it, if that does not improve that means that the is sensor damaged and you will need buy new one
