Hello greetings. A relative has Morbidelli Author 430s and has been standing for more than 8 years. We want to make it work. does not have the software was lost. Can anybody help me. with manuals and software please.

Hello, can you post the machine serial number ? Its a metal plate on the structure of the machine.

After 8 years the controller battery will probably have died, and the settings will be lost. I know from experience that getting support for these old machines is difficult.

If I was doing it, I would upgrade it to a newer controller rather than waste time on something so old. Morbidelli used quality parts, hopefully it will be possible to use the existing drives, from Yaskawa or another quality brand.

Did you get the machine running. coc9 is correct. If you give us the machine serial number (usually on a silver plate on the side of the electrical cabinet) we can get the information for you
