Exclamation SCM M100F CN1061 X axis external alarm

We recently got a used SCM M100F CNC. at first start up we had an error on the "X" axis servo pack (encoder back up error). I was able to clear the error using the SigmaWin software.
But now when the reset is pushed, I have no errors. Then I push white P02 (turn system on), I get CN1061 X axis external alarm. I cant find any documentation on this error and looked through all
the electrical diagrams, and cant find anything related to this error. I'm assuming I still need to calibrate the "X" axis, but it wont let me jog any axis. any help or documentation would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, so after clearing the "encoder backup error" alarm are you sure that the X axis data has not changed ? The machine works on absolute encoder system and needs the axis position to be saved and machine should not forget the position ever. When you turn the machine off, the batteries comes into play. The batteries must be changed before end of their life so that the axis data isnt lost.
