I'm having a problem where the machine keeps registering a communication error. The profibus is losing communication with the electrical cabinet. I've already checked to make sure that I have a good wire connection at the terminals but I can't clear the error... i'm getting an error code e-a599 on the profibus when it loses communication....does anyone know what that error code means or how I can restore communication to the electrical cabinet?

I had exactly the same problem in March. It was the problem with CP-342-5 (profibus card.) I purchased one from Ebay and replaced. It did not work right away. I did some twicking and it works. Please white me in privite and I will provide more details.
