    Default cnc emergency stop relay not pulled out

    I'm looking for help with a holzher unimaster 7226 cnc… at start up I get an error that emergency stop relay has not pulled out but none of the emergency stop buttons on the machine are tripped.. does anyone know what else can cause this error?

    Not Familiar with that system, but sounds like the input to the controller that monitors the state of the E-Stop circuit has a problem, you would need to trouble shoot the input itself if you have the schematic and can locate the input.

    when you say input the controller are you possibly referring the modules that have pins that light up to tell you which signals are currently active on the machine and which aren't? I had other errors a couple days ago about speed monitoring being too low and one about a fuse drop but those errors cleared out with the reset button....could a fuse be causing the issue with the input to the e-stop circuit?

    I had the same problem both on Evolution 7405 and ProMaster 7125...it would just pop up from time to time, sometimes resetting the error message and soft resetting the machine would do, but mostly i had to turn machine on and off again. I'm not sure what was causing it though.
