I'm experiencing some difficulties with my SCM Record 100 NT. When starting a program, the CNC does not pick up any tools from the carousel. The following error shows on the menu: "PLC115 Spindle 1 Not Unlocked".
What have I done until now:
- I've reseted the carousel via the air valve
- I've tried the sequence M31 - enter - start - M51 - enter - start - =><= to unlock it
- I've oiled the conus and tapped it with a rubber hammer
- I've tried different programs that start with different tools
All unsuccessful until now.
It would be great if somebody could help me. Thanks in advance.
