Richauto A11e DSP not reconising limit switchs

I wonder if anyone can help me i have a piranha 1325 cnc router running a a11e dsp controller.One morning i went to use the machine the same as i had the day before and the the z axis tried to run straight past its limit switch.

After some testing turns out all the axis want to ignore the limit switches. After reading everything i can find on the web and trying all the normal fixes it still wont reconise the limits.So my querstion is if i replace all limit switches and the dsp controller and the dsp board will this fix the problem? I dont want to invest the money replacing these parts if it could be something else.

I would really appreciate any suggestions.
