I am a completely newbie in this area of CNC’s. I would like to hear your comments about building my own CNC Router.
I need a milling area of 1500x500mm. Z axis could be around 110 - 150mm... Repeatability precision not less than 0,02mm.
Do you think this is “doable” within a budget of 5.000 / 6.000 euros? If so, do you know any Build Thread like this that shows me how to do it? I don’t know where to buy the components.

There are already commercial ones for 12.000 / 15.000 € with tolerances of 0.01mm like the ones from CNC Machine Manufacturer - CNC Routers and Engraving Machines I am asking for 0.02mm, but surely when building it homemade, I guess getting that Precision is not so easy.
Can somebody forward to me any similar Build Thread in which indicates where to get all the components and which ones are of the best quality?

Finally I decided that it was not worth to make the machine by myself... I have bought a CNC router of 140cm (X axis) from CNC-STEP.... price was over my budget, I spent 9.500 €, but the quality and Accuracy that I am getting is expected to be really good.
