Alarms
Greetings Everyone,
I'm new to this, so bear with me. I am a beginning machinist working on a Citizen L20E and wanted to find out more about some alarms that keep happening. All of these have happened within the last month to currently. Nobody that I work with seems to know.
Here is a list of them;
spindle cond check time exceed 1102 $1
axis error alarms
stroke alarm (what is it?)
emergency stop SRV
Over load 1 0050 A7 $3
Auto operation pause signal ON 0204 $1 & $2.
Any information on them would be appreciated Thanks so much

Re: Alarms
spindle cond check time exceed 1102 $1 === You are trying to close the collet while spinning too fast. The machine tried but it took too long = Alarm
axis error alarms === What axis'?
stroke alarm (what is it?) === Overtravels should say what axis' did this.
emergency stop SRV === Could be many things. You never get only one message and you need the others to decipher what happened. Take a picture and send to MCC engineer for help.
Over load 1 0050 A7 $3 === A7 is the CAV barloader pusher. That is an axis in the Cincom machines. Overload usually means it was pushing too hard or was being pushed back by the spindle.
Auto operation pause signal ON 0204 $1 & $2. === Not an alarm, just a caution message.
