Default Cincinnati arrow 750 axes drives are not enabled

The machine was working without problems, and after we moved the machine to another place, when I opened the machine, the disk drives showed a green and red light. Everything was fine. When I pressed the green button, two green lights appeared from the disk drives, and from the spindle motor, a red light appeared on the fault signal, and then this error appeared. Please help me. Thank you. Cause: The drive ready signal CR_AXES_RDY (100:00/32] has not been seen or the S_SERVO_RDY control input was not seen or the MAI MCHPWR cycle has not transitioned to the MCH PWR state

When the 'Machine Start' button is pressed, output CR_NC_RDY (000:00/01) is set on, followed 100 Msec later by CR_MACH_RDY (000:00/02) Then CR_AXES_ENBL (000:00/08) is turned on. Once CR_AXES_RDY is seen, the N_MCH_START signal is set on, and then the S_SERVO_RDY signal should be turned on by the A2100 Control software.

    Scorpio1,
On the back cabinet on the serial plate:
    Serial # 7043-A0x-yyxxxx
Model type: ERO, ERD, or EKK if not Year of Manufacture on the plate below the serial plate. This is E=England + the two letter Year of Design (from "THE OLD MARK" T=1 K=0)
Control Diagram: 9120xxxxyyy This is the machine wiring diagram plus revision for actual build date.
Are your Drives Kollmorgen BDS4 (Axis Drives) AND VFS5 (Spindle Drive) (normally black in color with alarm leds)
Are your Drives Kollmorgen Servo Star (Digital with no trim pots) (normally Blue with white and models i.e AS-xxxx with red digital readout)
Are your Drives Siemens (beige or tan plastic with digital readout)

If you stand in the back when someone 1st presses the Master Start PB the second time to start the Servos, which drive, drives fault first?
Have you properly measured the incoming machine electrical voltage in the machine electrical cabinet? What is it phase to phase and each phase to ground?
What wire size goes from the building supply to the Three Phase floor transformer
What wire size goes from the building supply ground to the Three Phase floor transformer

SUPPLY Voltage from Transformer to Electrical Cabinet:
    A -to- B =
    A -to- C =
    B -to- C =
    A -to- Ground =
    B -to- Ground =
    B -to- Ground =
